Placing an order is so easy – just contact our customer service representatives using any method that is convenient for you:
Our customer service representatives will let you know about availability, pricing, delivery and payment options and help you select the hair and accessories. They will also send live pictures and/or videos of the actual products you are ordering.
We strongly recommend that you place your orders at least 4 to 5 working days before they are required to ensure that your customers are not inconvenienced by any avoidable delivery issues.
Please note that working days refer to Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. It means that if you place your order and pay for it after 3 p.m. on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday
We generally work on a prepaid, proforma invoice basis only.
We accept payments via:
- standard bank transfers to our EU bank account (allow 1-2 banking days for funds to arrive)
- Visa and Mastercard – online payments in euros only (instantaneous payment in €)
- PayPal (instantaneous payment, incurring ~4% commission fee)
- cash in our sales office
Please proceed with payment only after receiving a proforma invoice from your customer service representative and please use the proforma invoice number as the reference for the payment. The proforma invoice is valid for 7 days and your order will be set aside during that time.
We cater to a variety of customers, including wholesale buyers, salons, hairstylists, and end customers. If you are a hairdresser or a wholesale buyer, please provide your professional certificate or company information to access special discounts and exclusive offers.
For end customers purchasing extensions for personal use, please note that pricing may differ from our wholesale rates. You can order directly through us or consult with your hairstylist to make a purchase on your behalf.
Nilde Benjamin offers both Single Drawn and Double Drawn human hair extensions, allowing you to choose the perfect option for your needs.
Single Drawn extensions mimic the natural growth of hair. In a bundle, the strands vary slightly in length, creating a gradual taper toward the tips. This natural look may also include some shorter hairs within the bundle.
Double Drawn extensions, on the other hand, are a premium choice for those seeking thicker, more luxurious tips and added volume. These extensions have significantly fewer shorter hairs, resulting in fuller, more uniform ends, which makes them more expensive.
Whether you prefer the natural taper of Single Drawn extensions or the voluminous look of Double Drawn extensions, we have the perfect option to achieve your desired style.

Yes, we have a simple return policy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product, you can return or exchange unused goods provided:
- the product was purchased within the last 14 days;
- the customer has not subjected the product to any treatment – chemical, thermal or otherwise;
- the original condition, packaging and labels are preserved;
- the product is deemed to have been defective by Nilde Benjamin Company within 14 days of purchase.
Kindly let us know the tracking number of the package.
Full or partial refunds for “faulty” goods are only guaranteed after it has been determined that Nilde Benjamin is at fault.

We now use Royal Mail Track 48 for domestic shipping and DHL Express for worldwide deliveries, both from our main office in the UK. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. CET. For same-day dispatch, please ensure payment is completed by 3 p.m. CET. For more details regarding delivery costs and estimated times to your location, feel free to contact our customer service team.
All shipments are fully insured, and ensuring the safe arrival of your goods is our top priority. To facilitate a smooth delivery process, we kindly request that you provide an accurate delivery address and a valid contact phone number, which we will share with the courier service.
